ISAP India Foundation, Wheels Global Foundation and Sajeevan Life jointly organized employment-oriented training programs with guidance from Zydex Company in the villages Vaghpur and Lusadiya of Shamlaji (Aravalli District). The initiative aimed to promote women’s livelihoods, support local entrepreneurship, and increase rural women’s income through household and small-scale industries.
Representatives from Gujarat Natural Farming Development Board, ATMA Project, Shroff Foundation, NRLM, Zydex Company, and other partners provided guidance on natural and chemical-free farming, fruit pulp processing, bio-fertilizer production, business planning, and government schemes. Practical demonstrations were conducted, including training on producing organic fertilizers and developing business plans.
The program concluded with a commitment to establish fruit pulp and bio-fertilizer units in the region to generate employment and improve incomes. About 40 women participated in the event.
